Club Read

Club Read is our adult book discussion group. Books are distributed at the meetings. A few copies of the book are available at the First Floor Service Desk or you may bring your own.

The group meets on the following Tuesdays at 6:30pm:

Club Read meets in the Classroom (second floor).

*Club Read Socials are held in the Community Room (first floor) in April, August, and December. Instead of reading the same book, we’ll talk about what we’ve been reading since the last social.¬†Bring an appetizer or dessert to share. Newcomers welcome!

YA Not Club Read is our book discussion group for “Grown ups” who like to read and talk about Young Adult books. ¬†Books are chosen by the participants and distributed at meetings. ¬†A few copies of the book are available at the First Floor Service Desk or you may bring your own.

The group meets 6:30pm the 2nd Thursday of each month.  Meeting locations vary each month:

    • BYOB: Bring your own book! ¬†Our first meeting will be a SOCIAL where we can geek out about our favorite books! Snacks provided, drinks available for purchase on site.

    • Readers Resources¬†–¬†Ideas for personal catalogs, how to obtain ARC’s, and readers advisory.
    • YA Must Reads¬†–¬†Courtney’s list, make sure to add your own!

    • This month‚Äôs meeting will coincide with the Library‚Äôs Barnes and Noble Bookfair. See the advertisement on February 9 on our Calendar for more information.
