NAMI Ending the Silence for Parents and Caregivers is a 1-hour presentation for adults with middle or high school-aged youth that includes warning signs, facts and statistics, how to talk with your child and how to work with school staff. In addition to parents and caregivers, this is a great presentation for community members wanting to learn more on how to talk to school-aged kids about mental health. Let’s all join the conversation.

Audience members can ask questions and gain understanding of an often-misunderstood topic. Through dialogue, we can help grow the movement to end stigma.

This presentation is presented by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Iowa.
