Are you interested in making the library a better place for teens?

If you are then the West Des Moines Public Library’s Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is for you!

By becoming a member of TAB you can take a leadership role in your community, give input in teen activities at the Library, and help develop the collection of young adult materials.   TAB members also volunteer their time in a variety of ways by hosting fundraisers for the Library, participating in community activities, helping with Children’s programs, and more.

TAB is open to teens age 12 and up.  Meetings are September through May on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in the Classroom.

Meetings are open to everyone so stop by and see what TAB is all about!  For more information about TAB, please contact or 515-222-3405.

Stop by any of the Library’s service desks to pick up an TAB application, or print your own from home:
