WDM Library Patron Needs Survey

The library wants to know what you need and how they can help! Please complete this quick, anonymous survey to let your voice count. 

The survey is voluntary and your answers cannot be linked to you. You may skip any questions which make you uncomfortable. It takes less than 5 minutes. The survey will be available between February 1st and the 22nd. You may be asked to participate more than once since this survey is available on paper and electronically for patrons. If you have already completed the survey once, please do not answer the questions again. 

This survey is being administered by Julie Cook, MSW student at the University of Iowa, in partnership and with the support of the West Des Moines Public Library. Ms. Cook is receiving assistance from Dr. Beth Wahler from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a researcher who studies public library patron needs. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Cook at julie-cook@uiowa.edu. The library will be given a report of the overall findings at the end of the survey period but will not see your individual response.
