The Animal Rescue League of Iowa (ARL) is Iowa's largest nonprofit animal shelter, caring for many thousands of pets each year. ArtForce Iowa creates opportunities to transform youth in need through art by offering support to youth who have had involvement with family or juvenile court in the last year.
