West Des Moines City Hall offers free Notary services – please contact them ahead of time to arrange an appointment.

In this program, we'll discuss 2 key ways to minimize their negative impact and discover the benefits of daily detoxification. We will also uncover how to reduce your toxic burdens. Following this program, you can turn education into action with a 7-day challenge to detoxify your body and environment.

This program is presented by Amelia Pickhinke, BS, MA. Amelia comes from a teaching background, with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Drake University and six years of teaching experience. She then left the teaching field to study nutrition, earning a Master's Degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition.
