West Des Moines City Hall offers free Notary services – please contact them ahead of time to arrange an appointment.

Join us for the second program in a 3-program series. Did you know that blood sugar levels throughout the day and over time can heave major impacts on your health? In this program, you'll learn just how blood sugar impacts health and the steps to maintaining healthy blood sugar balance. Following this program, you can turn education into action with a 7-day challenge focused on removing added sugars to support increased energy, positive mood, better sleep and more!

This program is presented by Amelia Pickhinke, BS, MA. Amelia comes from a teaching background, with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Drake University and six years of teaching experience. She then left the teaching field to study nutrition, earning a Master's Degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition.
