Coffee: Beans and Beyond

Do you enjoy coffee but wonder about the different types you see at the store and the farmer’s market? What’s the difference between a light roast and a dark roast? How does coffee get roasted? And how the heck do you make a really good cup of coffee?

Please join us for an entertaining and informative presentation about coffee from Nate Peterson, owner of local organic coffee roaster Corazon Coffee. Nate will explain not only how he started roasting coffee, but the differences in types of beans, types of roasts and more. He’ll also provide a delicious sample of one of his coffees for participants.
