Event Details

“Connections & Cognition” is an engaging presentation led by Zach Schneider of Seniors Helping Seniors® Des Moines and Emily Anker of Brain Bridge Therapy. Together, they explore how staying socially connected and mentally active supports brain health and overall well-being in older adults—through interactive games, practical tips, and plenty of interaction. This program tackles subjects of social isolation, alzheimer's/ dementia care, strokes and the importance of socialization as we age.
