We’ll take turns sharing what makes these books special—whether it’s the story, the illustrations, or the memories they bring back. No preparation needed—just bring a book and your love for it!
Inner Child is the book club for grown-ups who refuse to grow up! We will indulge in the fantastical and mysterious magic of children’s books, exploring what makes them so powerful and memorable. Each month we will look at the works of an author, an illustrator or a genre of children’s literature, from picture books to children’s fantasy.
As we reflect on the books that mattered to us most, we will discover how they read differently now, and how we have experienced them with the children in our lives. Bring your memories, and bring your imagination!
