Description: Are you curious about yoga but don’t know where to start? Would you like to incorporate a healthy new habit into your daily routine? Please join us for a mid-week mindful movement that introduces participants to the principles and basics of chair yoga.
Each session will focus on a different element. If you were able to attend a previous session, you will understand some of the basics --- but everyone will be able to learn and then build on their knowledge (so it's perfectly ok if you didn't attend a previous session!).
Registration is requested. Note: Participants will be required to sign a waiver when they come to this program.
Instruction provided by Rachel McAfee, who is a 500-hour trained yoga instructor.
