Are you looking for ways to manage or alleviate stress? Please join us for a four-part series to help learn ways to manage stress and improve mindfulness. Each session will include a discussion topic and activity.
Class 1- Mindful Breathing: Basics of breathing
Class 2- Deep Dive Into Mindful Breathing: Learn the connection between deep breathing and stress reduction
Class 3- Mindfulness in Nature: Explore and learn the art of Shinrin Yoku: forest bathing
Class 4- A Day of Mindful Living: exploring Wabi Sabi: a Japanese way of mindful living
Participants are encouraged to bring a journal of their own (although a simple journal will be provided).
Registration for all four programs is strongly encouraged, as the information will build on your knowledge each time. Registration requested for each program (May 5, 12, 18 and June 2)
