Notary Service Suspended for May

Due to staffing changes, Notary service will not be available at the Library for the month of May, 2024.

West Des Moines City Hall offers free Notary services – please contact them ahead of time to arrange an appointment.

You can also search for Notaries in your area through the State’s Notary Search tool.

Library Closed for Public Health

Description

NOTICE: Per new regulations in place in order to protect public health, the WDM Library will be closed at least through May 17th, with limited services (TBA) for some time after.  Watch our website and social media for updates.  

*Fines and due dates will be waived or extended until regular checkouts can resume.*

This decision was made after consultation with the Library Board and City and State officials.
