Second floor of library.  Key held at Adult Services Desk on second floor.

No fees. Food allowed - cleanup required.

Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance, with a maximum of 3 reservations in 90 days. 

Millie Knee Classroom bookings require staff approval.  For online bookings, your reservation will be Pending until approved by staff.  

Online reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Same day reservations for the Classroom must be made by Adult Services staff.

This room is named in honor of Millie Knee who served on the WDM Public Library Board of Trustees from 1994 to 2016.

First floor of library. Key held at the first floor Accounts and Checkout Desk. No fees. Setup/teardown to be done by group using the room. Food allowed - cleanup required.  

Use of the Community Room on a standing or continuing basis is not allowed. Community Room booking requests require approval by staff – requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. To allow time for approval, the meeting room should be booked at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.

Requests will be considered in a "first come, first served" manner up to 90 days in advance. A maximum of three (3) events can be scheduled to occur from the current date forward 90 days.
