They focus on service delivery that assists individuals to prepare for, obtain, retain, and advance in employment. For those who have been determined eligible, it is an individualized program that delivers employment services based on a unique individualized employment plan.

Lutheran Services of Iowa (LSI) provides a wide range of services to Iowans in need including direct care services to help individuals stay in their homes, welcoming programs to assist new arrivals from around the world resettle in Iowa, individual and group therapy for Iowa youth in detention centers, home visits for parents of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to promote early childhood education, and training and support for foster and adoptive families.
